You may return most new, unused and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the incorrect item or the item was damaged in our warehouse). Please read our returns policy carefully so as to ensure that you qualify for a return.
General Returns Policy
To request a return, please email us at returns@araboh.com specifying the following:
- Your full name, email address, order number and date of order
- The exact names and quantities of any products you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- An explicit statement of whether you are opting for an exchange or a refund.
We will respond to you (usually within 2 business days*) confirming receipt of your email and with any further instructions or information regarding your return.
* Business days are defined as Sunday through Thursday, except holidays.
Exchanges
When returning an item for exchange (either because it is damaged or because you received an incorrect item), we will exchange the product for the same item you requested in your original order. If the product you are returning is the correct product ordered by you, you may not request that we exchange it for a different title.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however you will likely receive it sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return depending on the return shipping method you selected, the time it takes to process your return at ARABOH.com once we receive it (no more than 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (usually 5 to 10 business days). We will be sure to notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item/s.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make payment for your order. If you received the items to be returned as a gift, the refund will still be issued to the credit card holder who made the purchase – please be sure to inform the credit card holder of your decision to refund so that he/she can expect the funds returned to their credit card.
If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the cost of that item and its per-item shipping fee, not the entire shipment fee.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the full ticket price of the product, but you will be refunded for the discounted value paid by you for the product plus associated shipping cost.
You must return your items unused, unaltered and within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund.
