What are your shipping rates?
When placing an order on ARABOH.com, you will select one of two shipping options:
• Emirates Post registered mail
• Aramex Express
Both of these shipping options calculate the cost of shipping your package based on weight of goods in your order and your shipping location. The exact cost of shipping will appear when you checkout.

Are the shipping rates on this website the only options?
Not necessarily. The rates and options on this website are applicable to all orders with a total weight of 10kg and below. All orders over 10kg are subject to different shipping rates and methods. When placing a larger order like this, email us at orders@araboh.com and we will be sure to get you the best possible deal on shipping.

When will my order be dispatched?
After you place your order, we will check our inventory and send you an email containing your order summary and the dates we expect your merchandise to be packed and ready for shipment. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you another email confirming shipment and, where applicable, providing you with a tracking number for Aramex Express packages.

When will my order arrive?
The date your order is shipped by us will be provided in an order confirmation email. These dates may vary slightly due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Orders shipped by Aramex Express can be expected to arrive within two-four business days, while orders shipped by Emirates Post Registered Mail can be expected to take approximately 28 days.

Do I have to sign for my order?
Yes, someone will be required to sign for reciept of your order upon delivery. Should you miss the delivery of your package, we recommend using the package tracking number provided to follow up with the carrier directly – usually the package will be held at your nearest postal/courier office and you can reschedule delivery or pick it up yourself.
