What are your shipping rates?

Araboh ships exclusively with Aramex Express, usually books ship out of Doha, Qatar. The Aramex shipping option calculates the cost of shipping your package based on the weight of goods in your order. The exact cost of shipping will appear when you checkout. For our customers in the US, Europe, Australia, and Far East, we recommend that you take advantage of our discounted bundles. For more information on our bundles, please click here.

If you are placing a very large order and would like to explore other shipping options, send us an email to orders@araboh.com, we may be able to arrange a more appropriate shipping option for you and process your order over phone/email. 

When will my order be dispatched?

After you place your order, you will receive an email containing your order summary. Once your order leaves our warehouse, Araboh will send you another email confirming shipment and will provide you with a tracking number for your package. You can track Aramex Express packages at www.aramex.com . 

When will my order arrive?

The date your order is shipped by us and an approximate delivery date will be provided in a shipping confirmation email. These dates may vary slightly due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Orders shipped by Aramex Express can be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days.

Do I have to sign for my order?

Yes, someone will be required to sign for reciept of your order upon delivery. Should you miss the delivery of your package, we recommend using the package tracking number provided to follow up with the carrier directly – usually the package will be held at your nearest postal/courier office and you can reschedule delivery or pick it up yourself.
