Marhaba!

My name is Araboh and this is my friend Jameela. We stumbled on ARABOH.com by accident during one of our adventures across the desert, and we never left. I was never much of a reader, usually I’d rather take Jameela for a ride than sit and study, but the books here are so colorful and fun to read!

I read a different story every day, and always make sure to tell Jameela about the lessons I learn with different characters so she can join in the fun. We love to learn together, almost as much as we love to eat mloukhia!

I’m always forgetting things and sometimes I get a little lost, but Jameela is always there to keep me right and make sure my slippers are on the correct feet! I lose my tarboush almost every day, but Jameela always finds it for me. She says I really need my tarboush because I don’t brush my hair every morning like she does.

Every time Jameela and I go for a walk in the desert, I practice my writing in the sand and when it’s time to go back home – I take off my slippers and we race! Jameela always wins, but I don’t mind, because it gives her time to go back and pick up my slippers where I dropped them.
