The first book-order brochure of it’s kind in the Arabic language, Al-Dukkan provides children, schools and families with a great selection of age and content appropriate books hand-picked from 12 leading International publishers, such as Scholastic, Academia International, Asala, Librairie Du Liban and more!

Al-Dukkan is one of the easiest ways to put quality educational materials into childrens hands, and this catalogue engages children, parents and teachers in the book selection process.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: You have decided to host an issue of Al-Dukkan at your school. Send an email to Araboh at: educators@araboh.com. Please include information on how many copies you will need, your school's name and location, and when you would like to run the event.

Step 2:Your copies of Al-Dukkan arrive 2-3 weeks later. Work with an Araboh associate to customize accompanying letters home to parents, set a deadline for collecting orders and speak to the teachers / staff responsible for distributing Al-Dukkan.

Step 3: Your students and parents have all returned their order forms and payments by the set deadline. You forward a copy of all order forms and payment to Araboh, and we issue you an invoice for the full amount paid by your students.

Step 4: Approximately 6 - 8 weeks later, your orders are delivered. Each student’s individual order will be packaged separately and labeled with that students name and classroom/section, no sorting necessary!

Frequently Asked Questions about Al-Dukkan

How will our staff sort through all the books we receive?

This is easy, they won’t! Araboh will deliver one large shipment that contains lots of mini- packages. Each of these packages will contain an individual student’s requested books.This is why it is important that each child fills out the order form completely, with their full name and class/section. These details will be clearly marked on each student’s package, so all you have to do is sort them by classroom and send them off to your students.

Does Al-Dukkan contain all of Araboh’s products?

No, but it contains more than 300 of our most popular titles.This first issue of Al-Dukkan provides books that are suitable for students aged 6 years old and above. We are currently putting together the second installment of Al-Dukkan, which will cater to younger learners. Please be sure to provide us with as much feedback as possible so that we can cater to more of your students needs in future issues of Al-Dukkan.

Does our school have to pay for shipping/delivery of books ordered by students?

No. The prices on our Order Forms and the final amounts collected from students are inclusive of all packing, shipping and administrative costs.The school doesn’t pay for a thing!
